Cosplayer Starshnbrght’s Darkwing Duck (from Darkwing Duck), Yuna (from FFX-2), Chandelure (from Pokemon), and Buggy the Clown (from One Piece). When I first came across her Darkwing Duck I had to add it. It’s such a fun outfit from a fun show. Later, I saw her Chandelure and realized it was the same person.

It’s notable that Chandelure is a Pokemon who sucks the spirit out of living creatures and burns them.
The Rikku and Absol are unidentified.
